Four Entercom Program Directors have been named among Billboard's Top 25 Influential Rock Programmers of 2016. Jim Fox of KRXQ-FM (98 Rock & Radio 94.7)/San Diego, Scott "Lazlo" Geiger of 96.5 The Buzz/Kansas City, Mark Hamilton of KNRK-FM/Portland, OR and Ryan Castle of KISW-FM/Seattle have been hand-selected by industry executives for their ability to shape the future of new rock music.
"Our ability to have a pulse on the music industry is something I'm very proud of," said Entercom/Seattle VP/Programming and Operations, Dave Richards. "These guys have done an amazing job of tuning into their listeners and identifying radio hits."
Entercom President of Programming Pat Paxton added, "This is just one more example of the industry recognizing Entercom Program Directors, who are the best in the business, hands down. I could not be more proud of each recipient and their outstanding achievements."
The May 14 issue of Billboard is on stands now.
