iHM/Tampa Debuts ''Throwback Hip Hop and R&B''

iHeartMedia flips WTMX's two FM translators at 94.5 and 105.9 to ''Throwback Hip Hop and R&B,'' effective immediately. The stations launch with 20,000 commercial-free songs in a row and will air a mix of throwbacks from the 90's and 2000's, including hits from recording artists Tupac, The Notorious B.I.G., Jay Z, Mary J. Blige and others.
"Throwback 94.5 and 105.9 is unlike anything on Tampa Bay's airwaves, and is the perfect special holiday gift for our local listeners," said Market President Sam Nein.
