iHM/Greenville Names Kix Layton Senior VP/P

Kix Layton is named Senior VP/Programming for iHeartMedia in Greenville, SC, including My 102.5, Real Rock 104.9, WSSL-FM, WESC-FM and FOX Sports 1440. Layton previously worked as the Program Director for co-owned Country WESC, where he oversaw all on-air content and music programming. He also served as the PD for co-owned WSSL-FM in Greenville for the past 17 years.

"I am so excited to have Kix take over the Senior Vice President of Programming position in Greenville," said iHeartMedia/Asheville, Greenville and Greensboro Area President Bill McMartin. "His broad experience in the market with all of our brands, especially WSSL 100.5 and 92.5 WESC, our huge country stations, is invaluable. Everybody on our team is excited to have him."
