Salem/L.A. Ups Chuck Tyler to Director/Programming

Salem Media Los Angeles promotes Chuck Tyler (pictured) to Director of Programming for all of the company's stations there. Previously, he served of Director of Programming for co-owned News/Talk KRLA-AM and before that PD of sisters KFSH-FM (The Fish) and KKLA-FM. Concurrently, KFSH morning host Scott Valentine (of "Scott & Sam") to is elevated to Fish/LA Program Director.
Salem Los Angeles VP/GM Terry Fahy, "Scott brings many years of experience not only as an on air personality and syndicated host, but also 12 years of experience as Program Director at KCMS in Seattle. This reassignment of responsibilities will allow Chuck to devote more time and energy to KKLA, KRLA and KTIE programming."
