Gow Media Announces Hiring of Charlie Pallilo

Gow Media, owner of SB Nation Radio network and two sports radio outlets in Houston, hires Charlie Pallilo, a veteran voice of Houston Sports/Talk radio. Beginning Monday, August 21, Pallilo will host a weekday show on SB Nation 1560 AM from 11am-1pm. He will also make guest appearances on ESPN 97.5 FM, Mondays and Fridays from 1-1:30pm on "The Usual Suspects" hosted by Joel Blank and Barry Laminack, and on Wednesdays from 10-10:30am with "John Granato and Raheel Ramzanali with Del." Pallilo will also write for the company's websites.

"I am thrilled to add Charlie to our lineup," said Gow Media CEO David Gow. "Charlie has a long-time, loyal following. He provides thoughtful, insightful analysis and dialogue with his listeners. He is going to make a mark at Gow Media."

Pallilo has been on Houston airwaves for more than 20 years, and has earned a reputation as the most informed and knowledgeable host in the city. Locally, he has been recognized on the "best of" lists by the Houston Chronicle and Houston Press.
