RADIO ONLINE | Tuesday, August 7, 2018 |
Sad to report the death of longtime WMCA/New York talk host and WINS/New York newscaster Ralph Howard. From 1985-2002, he anchored and made entertainment reports on Broadway, movies, etc. Howard also worked at WCBS-AM and ABC Radio in Nework, as well as WIND, WBBM & WCFL/Chicago along with The Associated Press in Albany and New York. Howard previously was a news achor for Howard Stern and hosted "Howard's World" covering Stern's world on SiriusXM from 2005 until he retired in May, 2013.
Salem Radio Network VP/News & Talk Programming Tom Tradeup said, "Ralph personified New York City: vibrant, charming, a little edgy and non-stop energy. I will miss him greatly."
