Cumulus Media appoints 20-year radio programming veteran Robert Elfman as Program Director of AC WGNI-FM (102.7 GNI) and Classic Rock WKXS-FM (94.5 The Hawk)/Wilmington, NC. Elfman has spent the past 11 years with Eagle Communications and most recently served their three stations in Manhattan, KS, as Operations Manager, Program Director and mornings for CHR KJCK-FM, and Program Director for News/Talk KJCK-AM. He also served as an air talent for Classic Rock KVGB-FM.
