Radio One Detroit Names O'Donoghue as Operations Manager

Yonni "Rude" O'Donoghue will transition from Radio One in Richmond, VA, serving as Operations Manager since 2016, to his new role overseeing three Radio One Urban outlets in Detroit. O'Donoghue, a veteran programmer, has worked in markets like Fayetteville NC, North Charleston SC and Richmond VA. In Detroit, he'll oversee the operations of WGPR-FM (Hot 107.5), Hip-Hop R&B WDMK-FM (105.9), Urban AC and the Praise Network (93.5, 98.3, 99.9) Inspiration stations.
VP/General Manager Kathy Stinehour said, "Yonni brings excellent experience to this job and he is a very strong tactical thinker, a quality we definitely need to help us grow our brands. We are thrilled to have him join our Detroit team."
O'Donoghue added, "I've had an amazing run with Marsha Landess, Jeff Wilson, Hurricane Dave and the Radio One Richmond team. I'm excited to join Radio One Detroit and look forward to working closely with Colby Colb, Kathy Stinehour and Deon Levingston and leading this great team to new heights."
