RADIO ONLINE | Monday, September 23, 2019 |
Talk WABC-AM/New York will broadcast "The John Batchelor Show" live from the Republic of Azerbaijan throughout this week, beginning Monday, September 23. Scala Inc., a marketing technology company, is sponsoring Batchelor's live broadcast, in conjunction with the Embassy of Azerbaijan. Host John Batchelor travels to the Republic of Azerbaijan in the busy neighborhood of the South Caucasus to broadcast from the military front lines of the troubled Nagorno-Karakakh region. Batchelor airs weekdays from 9pm-1am.
Batchelor said, "I look to help my audience to understand the now two-generations-long brutality in Nagorno-Karabakh that haunts the South Caucasus. I also aim to report on how the energy producers of the region are planning to provide ever more reliable resources to their customers, especially in Europe."
Scala Inc. CEO Chris Riegel added, "We're proud to continue our sponsorship of The John Batchelor Show's endeavors to global emerging markets, such as Azerbaijan, that are in the midst of economic transformation with an eye toward advanced technology in consumers' every day lives."
