KMG Promotes Rick Ramos to EVP of Multicultural Partnerships

Katz Media Group elevates Rick Ramos to Executive Vice President of Katz Multicultural Partnerships, effective immediately. He'll report to Eastman Radio President Tucker Flood at Katz Radio Group. In his expanded role, Ramos will continue to oversee the creation of multicultural marketing campaigns across all of KATZ's audio partners. He'll also continue to lead advocacy efforts for multicultural advertising and further strengthen relationships with marketers and agencies.

By bringing together the assets of all our broadcast partners, Katz is in the unique position to build effective multicultural campaigns on a national scale with local execution to reach diverse audiences across the country," said Katz Media Group CEO Mark Gray.

"Connecting brands authentically with the Multicultural population is key for a successful campaign," added Katz Radio Group President Christine Travaglini. "Rick is exceptional at helping advertisers build and execute strategic multicultural campaigns. He has a deep knowledge of multicultural audiences and strong relationships with multicultural ad agencies and brands, making him perfectly positioned to spearhead this important effort."

A 25-year media sales veteran, Ramos has worked with Univision Radio, Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation (HBC), Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS, and Tichenor Broadcasting. His career includes New York Sales Manager of Katz Hispanic Media, Vice President Regional Sales Manager of HBC National Sales, Vice President of Univision National Sales, SVP/Director of Sales for Business Development at Eastman Radio and most recently, SVP of Multicultural Sales for Katz.
