Northwestern Media appoints Jenn Pooler as the next Station Manager for its newest station, KCVO (Spirit FM) in Camdenton, MO. She'll move from Northwestern's KNWS (Life 101.9) in Waterloo, IA, where Pooler most recently served as Program Director. She replaces Jim McDermott, who will be retiring as Station Manager and President of Lake Area Educational Broadcasting Foundation.
"Jenn is an outstanding leader and will guide our efforts in Camdenton," said Northwestern's Senior Vice President for Media Jason Sharp. "She'll work to be bold with our mission, build a culture where her team can thrive and help grow our ministry efforts in our newest market."
"God has done some wonderful things with Spirit FM for the last 38 years," added Pooler. "I'm excited to help lead this station and see more people led to Jesus through Spirit FM and Northwestern Media."
Northwestern Media filed an asset purchase agreement to acquire the Spirit FM stations from Lake Area Educational Broadcasting Foundation, with an expected closing by July 3.
