Saga Communications Appoints Pat Paxton as SVP/Content

Saga Communications names veteran programmer Pat Paxton as its new Senior Vice President of Content. Paxton spent 22 years working for Audacy and its predecessor Entercom, most recently as Chief Programming Officer, until his departure in August, 2021. He'so worked for Cardinal Communications, Adventure Communications and Nationwide Communications. Paxton will begin his duties with the company on Monday, June 26.

Saga Communications Director of Group Programming Scott Chase will relocate to the company's cluster in Ocala, FL and will serve as the group's Operations Manager while assisting Paxton in his new role.
