Neuhoff Media Appoints Steve Wexler as Interim CEO

Steve Wexler

Neuhoff Media names former Journal and Scripps broadcast executive, and current Leadership Coach at Good Karma Brands Steve Wexler to serve as interim CEO. He'll begin working with the Neuhoff team in January. Wexler succeeds President and CEO Mike Hulvey, who'll depart the company next spring, taking on a new role leading the trade association RAB.

"I am thrilled for Mike and am honored to serve as interim CEO for this legendary company and look forward to working with the talented, committed team at Neuhoff during this transition," said Wexler.

Wexler exited Good Karma Brands/Milwaukee as Vice President and Market Manager, wrappng up his 35-year management career, in November 2022. Wexler led the sale of the 36-station, 8-market Scripps Radio Group in late 2018 to several broadcast companies, including GKB in Milwaukee, where he assumed the role of Market Manager in 2019. He began his broadcast career at WTMJ in Milwaukee as an intern and has been an air personality, program manager and radio & television general manager before running the radio division for Journal Communications, which merged with Scripps in 2018.
