Donna B. Hall, former publisher of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and a veteran media executive, has come out of retirement to lead the executive coaching firm Robertson Lowstuter. The firm was recently acquired by The Center for Sales Strategy (CSS), and Hall will now lead the newly acquired division as part of the CSS portfolio of brands.

Hall brings a 35-year career in media with Cox Enterprises, where she held various leadership roles across traditional media platforms, including 25 years in the radio division. She has a passion for leadership and people development, that she honed over years of managing sales, marketing, research, news, content and P&L.

"Helping others grow and develop was, by far, my favorite thing about being a leader in each of the positions I held," said Hall. "My hope and goal is to have a similar, profound impact on others that my coaches have had on me in my career."

After retiring from Cox in April, 2022, Hall completed advanced certifications in Executive Coaching and has guided other leaders through her coaching business the past few years.

The Center for Sales Strategy CEO Matt Sunshine said, "We are thrilled to have Donna join our team. Her extensive experience and passion for developing leaders make her a valuable asset to our organization and our clients."
