Jennie Garth Puts Herself First in New Weekly iHeartPodcast

iHeartPodcasts, together with Jennie Garth, announce an all-new weekly podcast entitled "I Choose Me with Jennie Garth." The premiere episode is set for release on April 30. Jennie Garth, an actress, entrepreneur and designer, made her mark on American culture playing Kelly Taylor for ten seasons of "Beverly Hills, 90210" and Val Tyler on the sitcom "What I Like About You."

The title of Garth's new podcast, "I Choose Me," is a nod to one of the most memorable moments in "Beverly Hills, 90210," when Kelly Taylor found herself in a love triangle with Brandon and Dylan and was forced to choose one man. Kelly said, "I choose me," and those three words became a powerful statement of self-respect and one that stayed true to Jennie in real life.

What started as a line in a script became Jennie's formula for fulfillment and she wants to share it with listeners. The "I Choose Me Movement" is the ultimate form of self-care and self-love. Join Jennie as she continues her quest for contentment and gratitude. Choose health, choose healing, choose happiness... come along and live by the words "I Choose Me."

"I Choose Me" marks the second podcast with Jennie Garth and iHeartPodcasts. She will continue to host 9021OMG alongside her BFF and former co-star Tori Spelling.
