Super Hi-Fi Appoints Bo Matthews as Director of RPS

Super Hi-Fi appoints of Bo Matthews as its new Director of Radio Programming Services. Matthews, a 20-year industry vet, most recently served as Senior Vice President of Programming for Alpha Media in San Jose, and has an extensive background in programming and management across various radio markets, including Canton and Dayton, OH, as well as Fort Myers-Naples, Youngstown, and Cincinnati while with iHeartMedia.

Throughout his career, Matthews has received multiple industry accolades, including the Marconi Award, Program Director of the Year, and Station of the Year honors from Radio & Records Magazine. His expertise spans radio programming, artist management, media strategy and talent development.

In his new role, Matthews and his team will collaborate with broadcast radio clients to ensure that Super Hi-Fi's AI-powered solutions reflect the creative direction of Program Directors. He'll will also be responsible for maintaining the high-quality output of the radio outlets using the platform.
