KUPL (98.7 The Bull) in Portland, OR dedicated two days of its programming to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, raising more than $307,000 during a radiothon on December 5th and 6th. This marks another record-breaking year for the station's annual fundraising effort.
KUPL Content Director Tim Richards praised the team for their dedication and impact, saying, "Danny and Jake did a fantastic job this year capturing the essence of St. Jude and the mission. Together with B-Dub, they delivered an amazing two-day radiothon that changed lives. I'm so proud of this world-class team."
Alpha Media SVP Market Manager Robert Dove echoed the sentiment, expressing gratitude to both the station's staff and listeners. "I am so proud of this team and the work they have done for St. Jude's for many years. Thank you to our listeners as well who embraced the mission of St. Jude's.
