Andrew W. Hobson, the Chairman of Cumulus Media, expressed his enthusiasm about Galbraith's appointment. "Steve brings a wealth of expertise in investment management, which will be invaluable as we seek new avenues for growth and enhancement of shareholder value," Hobson stated. Galbraith's deep-rooted involvement as a major shareholder also positions him uniquely to understand the company's operational and financial dynamics intimately.

Galbraith currently manages Kindred Capital Advisors LLC and holds a significant investment in Cumulus through both personal and institutional avenues.
