Mid-West Family Broadcasting is undergoing significant leadership changes. Tom Walker, a third-generation member of the company's founding family, has transitioned from President to Chairman of the Board. Having joined the company in 1990 and succeeded his father as President in 1998, Walker's new role will see him stepping back from daily operations to focus on the organization's governance and strategic direction.

Dave Doetsch, a nearly 30-year veteran of Mid-West Family, is elevated to Chief Operating and Chief Revenue Officer. Previously managing the company's South Bend and Southwest Michigan operations, Doetsch will now oversee market sales and revenue development across the company. He is also responsible for appointing his successor for his former role.

Mike Paterson has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Joining Mid-West Family in 2013 to lead the newly-acquired Rockford, Illinois cluster, Paterson will now manage all financial and accounting operations, aiding the company's growth.

Additionally, Kim DiGiovanni has advanced from Vice President/Director of Sales to General Manager of the Rockford, Illinois facility, reflecting her significant contributions to the market.

The company's Board of Directors has been re-aligned to include Doetsch, Paterson, and other key figures such as Randy Hawke, Brian Jackson, and Jen O'Brien, enhancing its strategic oversight capabilities.

This reshuffling coincides with Mid-West Family Broadcasting's sale of its Springfield, IL cluster to Woodward Communications. Post-sale, the company will own and operate 41 stations across seven Midwest markets, including Eau Claire, La Crosse, and Madison in Wisconsin; Rockford, IL; South Bend, IN; St. Joseph-Benton Harbor, MI and Springfield, MO.
