AWM Announces 2025 Board of Directors & Officers

The Alliance for Women in Media (AWM) has announced the 2025 National Board of Directors and Officers. "As we prepare to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Gracie Awards -- five decades of recognizing the incredible achievements of women across all media -- strong leadership is more important than ever," said AWM/F President Becky Brooks. "The dedication and expertise of this year's Board will ensure that we continue to connect, elevate and advance all women in media, driving our mission forward for years to come."

Officer roles

  • Katina Arnold, Chair, Vice President, Corporate Communications, ESPN
  • Monica Bloom, Vice Chair, Chief Marketing Officer, Kino Lorber Media Group
  • Annie Howell, Immediate Past Chair, Chief Communications Officer, Hallmark Media
  • Catherine Badalamente, Treasurer, President & CEO, Graham Media Group
  • Marie Tedesco, Treasurer-Elect, Former Chief Financial Officer, Beasley Media Group (Retired)
New Directors serving on the board

The following leaders will begin serving on the AWM Board of Directors for a two-year term:

  • Rebekah Dopp, Founder and President, Exponent
  • Ann Hailer, President of Broadcast, Locality
Second-term directors serving on the board

The following leaders will serve a second term on the AWM Board of Directors:

  • Cori Abraham, SVP, Entertainment Unscripted Development, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming
  • Jayne Bussman-Wise, VP, Growth, Strategy & New Ventures, Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL)
  • Chesley Maddox-Dorsey, CEO, American Urban Radio Network
