Audacy, in collaboration with Superadio, is set to launch a new classic Hip-Hop culture and lifestyle show titled "rapfabulous," hosted by media veterans Mic Fox and Jazzie Belle. The program, dedicated to celebrating the legacy of Classic Hip-Hop, will premiere on April 19 and feature a blend of iconic tracks, interviews with genre legends, and memorable moments from Hip-Hop history.

The two-hour weekly show will air on Saturdays from 6-8am CT on WBMX-FM (104.3 Jams) in Chicago and on Sundays from 5-7pm ET on WXBK-FM (94.7 The Block) in New York. Additionally, listeners can tune in through the Audacy app.

"Since celebrating Hip-Hop's 50th anniversary, we saw how important it is to amplify the voices that shaped this influential genre," said Skip Dillard, Format Vice President of Rhythmic AC and Throwback and Brand Manager of 94.7 The Block, Audacy. "We're excited to deepen our listeners' understanding of this historic format through Mic and Jazzie's insightful perspective and give a platform to legacy artists to share their journey in the genre."

Mic Fox has held significant roles in radio and music marketing at major labels including Atlantic Records, Island Def Jam, and TVT Records. He was instrumental in the launch of Vevo in 2009 while at Universal Music Group and later founded the creative agency Blurred Spaces. Most recently, Fox served as Vice President of Digital Strategy and Content at Emmis Communications.

Co-host Jazzie Belle started her career in radio alongside the late DJ Kay Slay on Eminem's Shade 45 channel on SiriusXM. In 2017, she created the Women in Hip-Hop podcast, now featured on the Revolt Podcast Network, which highlights the contributions of women in the industry. Belle has also been a host and red carpet correspondent for BET Networks and Vibe.com, and currently works as a contributing entertainment journalist for PIX11 News and host of TheInsideHollywood.net.
