Robby Bridges exits his role as VP/Programming and morning host at Classic Hits WWZY and WBHX (107.1 The Boss) in Monmouth-Ocean, NJ, marking the end of a notable four-year tenure. Bridges joined the stations in September, 2021 alongside his wife and co-host Rochelle Gagnon, and was elevated to VP/Programming in January, 2023. During his time there, he transitioned the brand from Classic Rock to a full-service Classic Hits format.

"Wrapping up an incredible 4-year run at The Boss today in New Jersey and incredibly proud of the team and radio station we built, it's been truly something special," Bridges wrote in a farewell post on Facebook. "I'm departing on my terms and by my choice and on to new adventures."

He expressed gratitude to Press Communications for the opportunity and praised the dedication of his colleagues. Gagnon will remain in place as morning co-host.

Bridges' extensive programming resume spans three decades, including leadership roles with MacDonald Garber Broadcasting in Michigan, Cumulus Media Detroit, Townsquare Media Portsmouth NH, WEBE 108 Westport CT, WFAS-FM White Plains NY, and 95.5 WPLJ New York. His on-air work has included hosting on Scott Shannon's "True Oldies Channel" and, most recently, the launch of the weekly syndicated "Robby's Top 20 Countdown."

Bridges began his career in 1993 at WWBB Providence and has worked at numerous iconic stations across New England and the Midwest, often simultaneously juggling programming and hosting responsibilities. His long-running partnership with Gagnon has been a fixture on several stations over the years.
