Radio.Cloud has partnered with YEA Media Group (YMG) to deliver hyper-localized content distribution for syndicated programming. At the center of the agreement is "The Greg Beharrell Show," which will be localized and distributed to new affiliates nationwide using Radio.Cloud's Content Controller. Connoisseur Media's KUPL-FM/Portland is the first station to air the localized version.
"Greg Beharrell is one of the hardest working radio talents, but with a product like Radio.Cloud, he can work smarter, not harder, when it comes to customizing his show for listeners," said Shawn Nunn, President of YEA Media Group.
Andrew Scaglione, account director at Radio.Cloud, added, "Our belief is that radio stations shouldn't have to give up their local brands even for 5-10 minutes during syndicated or network programming. We're very excited that YEA Media Group sees that vision as well. Their talent lineup is strong, and we look forward to helping grow those programs."
Other national shows currently using Radio.Cloud's Content Controller for hyper-localized syndication and distribution include Throwback Nation Radio and The Jeff Foxx Show.
