Disney Working with Citadel Over Bankruptcy Plan

Disney/ABC is reportedly working with Citadel to make sure that any bankruptcy procedure or new terms do not separate Disney from its intellectual property, including long-time call letters still in use on ABC television outlets, such as WABC, KABC and others as well as several web sites.

Citadel acquired ABC's major market stations in 2006, in a $2.7 billion deal that also included ABC Radio Networks, now Citadel Media.
