Citadel Broadcasting is removing Urban AC WMGL-FM (Magic 107.3)/Charleston, SC, from The Last Bastion Station Trust. The company was able to reclaim the AC outlet after the relocation of Sports WNKT-FM (107.5 The Game)/Charleston to Columbia, SC.

The trust was originally formed in March, 2006, to divest stations after the company agreed to acquire 22 ABC Radio outlets. While in trust the stations have been operated independently from Citadel. (07-30-10)
