Citadel CEO Farid Suleman will receive 1.9 million shares in the re-organized company under its Equity Incentive Plan, valued at $43.5 million with a share price of $22.87. 50% will vest on June 3, 2011 and the remaining 50% vests on June 3, 2012, subject to his remaining as an employee of Citadel. COO Judy Ellis will receive 100,000 shares, and CFO Randy Taylor and VP/General Counsel Jacquelyn Orr each received 80,000 shares.

SVP/Finance and Administration Patricia Stratford receives 56,250 shares, while Directors Doreen A. Wright, Gregory Mrva, Paul N. Saleh, Jonathan Mandel, Billy Campbell and John Sander are all receiving 47,530 shares each. (08-23-10)
