Arbitron Announces 10-Cent Quarterly Cash Dividend


Arbitron's board of directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $.10 (ten cents) per common share ($.40 per share on an annualized basis). The dividend will be paid on or about October 1 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 15. As of July 31, there were about 26,837,000 shares outstanding.
