Non-Profit WSKG PTC to Acquire Binghamton NY CP


St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Parish has agreed to sell WWSA-FM, a CP at 88.1 in Greene, NY (Binghamton) to WSKG Public Telecommunications Council for $60,000. The seller owns no other broadcast properties. WSKG is a not-for-profit corporation in the state of New York and owns non-commercial radio and television outlets in the southern tier of New York state. Brain Sickora is the CEO/General Manager. Dick Kozacko of Kozacko Media Services brokered the deal.
