Legend to Acquire Wyoming Duo From Global News


Legend Communications has agreed to acquire 7kw KYTS-FM (105.7)/Manderson, WY and 2.3kw KHRW-FM (92.7)/Ranchester, WY, from Global News Consultants for $262,000 cash at closing. GNC is headed by Manager Norman Swan and Legend is headed by Managing Partner Lawrence Patrick. Patrick Communications served as the deal's exclusive broker.
