MSG Retained to Sell Santa Barbara Tower Complex

Media Services Group has been retained to sell the Santa Barbara Tower Complex, which rises over 4,000 feet above the Pacific Ocean on Broadcast Peak in the Los Padres National Forest, Santa Barbara County, CA. The complex, completed in 2001, contains line-of-site views up and down the California coast.
By agreement with the U.S. Forest Service, the Santa Barbara complex is the last site to be developed on this mountaintop. The complex consists two towers on the mountaintop with current tenants that include Qualcomm, Entravision Television, and EMF Radio.
