The WEEI Sports Radio Network has released WEEI Live, an Android cell phone application, giving fans of Boston sports access to live and on demand audio, breaking news, stories, video and scores from the WEEI Sports Radio Network. The app is free to download in the Android Market. Earlier this year, the WEEI Live app for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch was released.

"The 'WEEI Live' android Application now gives us a strong presence on the two most popular and dynamic smart phone platforms available in the market," said WEEI.com VP/GM Tim Murphy. "The multi-functional application provides everything a fan of Boston sports needs to keep up with their teams in real time."
