iHeartRadio to Launch ''Pope Info Radio'' on WWJZ

iHeartRadio is launching an eclectic mix of news on Pope Francis' visit to the U.S., mixed with Smooth Jazz. "Pope Info Radio" will broadcast live on Smooth Jazz WWJZ-AM in Philadelphia while providing listeners with all the information they will need to keep track of Pope Francis during his visit to the U.S. It will include short interviews with event organizers and officials, updates on event schedules and traffic, and weather and national coverage from it 24/7 news service.

And to bring those at home even closer to this extraordinary, historic event, iHeartRadio will stream speeches or mass conducted by the Pope on all devices that iHeartRadio is available. "Pope Info Radio" will broadcast and stream from September 19-27 (at iHeartRadio.com/poperadio). After every song there will be Pope updates and informational elements. Listeners outside of the local Philadelphia broadcast area will be able tune-in anywhere they are across the U.S. via iHeartRadio.

Go to wjjz.com for the itinerary for the Pope's visit and to tune in.
