Sloan Appointed Receiver of Gabrielle Broadcasting/Phoenix

The Superior Court of the State of Arizona this week appointed Stephan C. Sloan as the Receiver for Gabrielle Broadcasting Ordinal I LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, and Gabrielle Broadcasting Licensee Ordinal I FCC LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company. The related Gabriel Broadcasting Companies are the licensee of KXEG-AM (1280) and K241CS (96.1) both licensed to Phoenix, AZ. Under the order of the court, Sloan will oversee the operations of the stations and sell the stations.
