Desert Explorer to Acquire KDVK-FM/Dove Creek CO

Desert Explorer Communications has agreed to acquire 100w KDVK-FM (103.5)/Dove Creek, CO, from Cochise Media Licenses. Terms were not disclosed. The seller, Cochise Media Licenses, is a Wyoming-based company headed by Ted Tucker. The buyer, Desert Explorer Communications, is an Arizona-based company led by Tom Troland and Michael Mallace.

Kalil & Co. brokered for the transaction for both parties.
