Fusion Radio, EMF Agree to FM Translator Exchange Deal

Fusion Radio LLC has agreed to exchange FM translator W277AE (103.3)/Madison, WI for WPAY-AM (1520)/Rossford, OH and two FM translators, W221BG (92.1) and W277BI (101.3)/Toledo, owned by Educational Media Foundation in a cash-free exchange. The estimated value of each of the facilities in the trade is $250,000.
Fusion Radio's principal partner is Rob Austin who operates Jam Traxx Media. Jam Traxx Media is a Chicago-based media company that offers radio programming solutions through programming, mix show syndication, production and imaging. Educational Media Foundation is a station owner based in Rocklin, CA with Bill Reeves as CEO.
Kozacko Media Services acted as the broker/advisor for Fusion Radio.
