Relevant Radio to Acquire Toledo Combo for $500,000

Relevant Radio has agreed to acquire 500W WPAY-AM (1520) and 140W W231EF (94.1) in Toledo, OH from Fusion Radio for $500,000. WPAY is licensed to Rossford, OH -- one of only four AMs in Toledo, while and W231EF is licensed to Toledo. Relevant Radio is headed by Executive Director Father Francis Hoffman. Fusion Radio LLC is headed by Rob Austin of Jam Traxx Media in Chicago. Fusion also owns an FM Metro signal (94.1) in St. Louis that is for sale.

George Kimble of Kozacko Media Services brokered the transaction.
