Border International Sells WLYK/Watertown NY for $325K

Border International Inc. has agreed to sell 6kW CHR WLYK-FM/Watertown, NY (licensed to Cape Vincent, NY in the 1000 Islands resort area) to the co-founders of My Broadcasting Corp., Jon Pole & Andrew Dickson, for $325,000. They are purchasing 100% of the stock as individuals, and My Broadcasting Corp is not involved in the purchase. Border International is currently 80% owned by David Mance, Jack Clancy & Craig Harris (owners of WCDO-AM & FM in Sidney, NY) and 20% by Rogers Media in Toronto.

The deal was brokered by George Kimble of Kozacko Media Services.
