Trignition Media Closes on Bridgeport CT Purchase

Trignition Media LLC has closed on its purchase of 1kW Spanish Tropical WCUM-AM (1450) and 250W W277DP (103.3) in Bridgeport, CT from Radio Cumbre Broadcasting LLC for $348,000. Trignition's principal is David Webster and which also owns WRYM-AM and W297BT in New Britain, CT and WWCO-AM and W292FI in Waterbury, CT. Webster is also a principal member in WATR Radio LLC, the owners of WATR-AM and W249DY in Waterbury, CT.

Radio Cumbre Broadcasting does not own any other stations.

Dick Kozacko of Kozacko Media Services represented the buyer.
