KRMA Media Group Sells WYYZ-AM/Jasper to Gorilla

KRMA Media Group is selling 1kW Classic Country WYYZ-AM (1490)/Jasper, GA to Gorilla Broadcasting ATL LLC for $240,000. KRMA Media Group does not own any other broadcast properties. The seller is also exercising its option to purchase its leased FM translator W273CT for $5,742 and this will be delivered to Gorilla Broadcasting.

Gorilla Broadcasting's principal is Jose Steven Lara who owns four stations in the Myrtle Beach, SC and also owns WLEL-FM in the Americus-Perry, GA.

Beth Griffin for Griffin Media Services brokered the deal for the Seller. George Kimble of Kozacko Media Services was the broker for the buyer.
