APD/MD Carol Hughes Exits KFDI-FM Wichita After 20 Years

Longtime KFDI-FM/Wichita Assistant Program Director, Music Director and midday host Carol Hughes exits the SummitMedia Country outlet after 20 years. She joined the then Journal Broadcast station in 2000 and was upped to APD in 2006. Hughes was honored in 2016 with the Sonny Slater Award by the Kansas Association of Broadcasters for service to the community and the station.
