AAA WQKL-FM (107one) Ann Arbor, MI, appoints air personality Scott Vertical as morning host. He can be heard on weekday mornings from 6-10am and on Sundays from 10am-4pm. He steps into the role following the retirement of longtime morning host and 40-year Southeast Michigan radio personality Martin Bandyke. Vertical was previously an afternoon host for Cumulus co-owned WDVD-FM in Detroit. He was also on-air host and Production Director at WWDX-FM (The Edge) in Lansing, MI, and morning host at CIMX-FM (89X) in Detroit.

WQKL-FM Program Director Chris Ammel said, "We are thrilled to welcome Scott to the 107one team. His energy and passion will be a great addition to our morning show, and we can't wait for our listeners to get to know him."

Vertical commented, "No one could possibly replace Martin Bandyke. He has been an integral part of the lives of so many folks here in Ann Arbor. I'm going to do my best to harness Martin's spirit and continue to focus on sharing great music and building community relationships for ann arbor's 107one. I'm very excited about this tremendous opportunity in a city I love and look forward to working with the tremendous crew at Cumulus Ann Arbor."
