Radio One's WPPZ-FM (Classix 107.9) in Philadelphia names veteran New York personality Shaila Scott for middays. She joins the Rhymthic Oldies outlet for 9am-2pm to fill slot most recently held by former Program Director Jay Dixon, who departed last year. Scott began her career at WBLK in Buffalo and worked at WBLS in New York from 1988 until 1994 and again from 2012 to 2022. She most recently hosted weekends/fill-ins at Classic Hip Hop WXBK (94.7 The Block) in New York.
