Country KIZN (Kissin' 92.3)/Boise, ID Assistant Program Director, Music Director and morning co-host Alana Lynn will sign off for the final time on Friday, December 6. After nearly five years at the station, Lynn is stepping away from the radio industry to pursue a new opportunity outside broadcasting.

Lynn joined KIZN in April, 2019 and brought extensive experience to the role. She is the daughter of longtime KBQI Albuquerque morning host Tony Lynn and previously worked alongside him. Her career spans several notable stations, including KAWO (104.3 Wow Country) in Boise, KMLE in Phoenix, KUPL in Portland and three Colorado stations: 99.1 KUAD, 99.9 KKPL and 102.5 KTRR in Fort Collins.

In an Instagram post announcing her decision, Lynn reflected on her career, stating, "With a grateful heart, I officially hang up my headphones and 'retire' from radio. This decision did not come lightly. There have been times in my career when I've left stations for other radio opportunities; this time, I'm leaving an industry that was my first love. My last day on the air will be Friday, December 6. It's not often in the radio world that you can go out on your terms, and I'm grateful to the Cumulus Boise team for their willingness to work with my timeline."
