Lamont Hollywood, longtime co-host of the "Lamont & Tonelli Show" on KSAN-FM (107.7 The Bone) in San Francisco, announced his return to the Cumulus Classic Rock outlet with a new program set to debut on January 6. The show, rebranded as "The Lamont Show," will continue to feature familiar faces, including co-host Chasta, who also serves as the program director, and Danny 'Baby Huey' Delmore.
This development follows the duo's departure from The Bone on November 15, ending their notable run which began in 2003. Before joining KSAN-FM, Lamont Hollywood and Paul Tonelli had a successful 14-year stint at KSJO in San Jose, dating back to 1989.
Fans of the show, affectionately known as Boneheads, expressed their excitement over social media about Lamont's return. One fan notably commented, "Well slap me silly and call me Shirley! I need those laughs first thing in the AM."
Lamont Hollywood's radio career began in his hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba, where he worked the morning slot at several stations including CITI-FM. Meanwhile, Paul Tonelli, before joining forces with Lamont, spent two years as a traffic reporter covering stations such as KIOI, KNBR, and KSJO.
