Amy Jacobson Departs AM 560's ''Chicago's Morning Answer''

Amy Jacobson

Amy Jacobson exits her role as co-host of Chicago's Morning Answer on WIND-AM (560 The Answer), Salem Media Group's News/Talk outlet in Chicago. Jacobson had been a familiar voice on AM 560 since 2010, most recently sharing the morning drive slot from 5-9am alongside Dan Proft. Her final appearance on the program was Tuesday, when she co-hosted with guest host Chris Krok, a former WBAP/Dallas personality.

Prior to her tenure at AM 560, Jacobson worked at WLS-AM 890 and was a reporter and anchor at WMAQ-TV in Chicago.

The station has not yet announced a permanent replacement or whether Proft will continue solo in the time slot.
