Radio One Philadelphia has announced that veteran market personality Kevin "Muthaknows" Cesar will join 100.3 WRNB, effective Monday, March 9. Muthaknows will help localize the syndicated morning program, "The Morning Hustle," airing weekdays from 6-10am. He plans to bring his popular segment "The Tea," offering commentary on celebrity gossip and trending topics.

In addition to his morning role, Muthaknows will make weekly appearances on the Divine Martino Midday Show and will host his own program, "Weekends with Muthaknows," Sundays from 1-4pm ET.

Muthaknows previously co-hosted the "Rise & Grind Morning Show" on crosstown WUSL-FM (Power 99). That program ended in October 2025 amid company layoffs and was replaced with the syndicated show The Breakfast Club.

"Baby! Victory is mine! I am thrilled to announce my joining the team at 100.3 WRNB, Philadelphia's premiere R&B station," Muthaknows said in a statement, adding that he looks forward to bringing humor and fresh content to listeners.

Divine Martino, Director of Operations and Programming at Radio One Philadelphia, said Muthaknows has built a strong reputation across the Philadelphia tri-state area and connects authentically with audiences.

Sean Sams, Vice President and General Manager, described him as "a true Philadelphia original" whose voice aligns with the company's focus on culture and community.
