The Score (WSCO 1570 AM / 95.3 FM / 99.1 FM) in Appleton has rolled out a revamped midday lineup, expanding its local sports programming with a mix of veteran broadcasters and new voices. The updated schedule debuted today and features two weekday programs designed to broaden coverage of local, statewide and national sports.

From 11am-noon, The Bullpen with PJ and Nick pairs Paul "P.J." Johnson, a longtime Northeast Wisconsin radio personality and Assistant Brand Manager for The Score, with Nick Vitrano, co-host of mornings on 95.9 KISS FM. The program is positioned as a wide-ranging sports conversation that blends analysis of major matchups with lighter, off-topic discussions.

Johnson said he looks forward to bringing the energy of everyday sports debates to listeners, noting that while the show will cover headline games, the conversation may also venture beyond the scoreboard.

From 12-2pm, The Show with Tony G and Leo reunites Leo Kiper, Jr. with the station. Kiper teams with Tony Giordano, a fixture in the local sports community and a Sales Executive for Woodward Community Media. The new program replaces the previous midday offering hosted by "Balky," who is departing to pursue other creative opportunities.

Giordano said he and Kiper share a natural chemistry and plan to deliver an engaging, high-energy show for listeners.

Alex Thomas, Brand Manager for WHBY and The Score, described the lineup changes as part of the station's continued investment in local content. He said the additions strengthen The Score's position as a go-to destination for Northeast Wisconsin sports fans.
