Sierra H Multimedia has introduced an all-female on-air lineup for KAJM (Sunny 104.3) in Phoenix, marking a new programming chapter for the station while maintaining established personalities on K257CD (Mega 99.3). The company said the revamped lineup underscores its focus on live, local radio and increased representation on the air in the Valley.

Lindsay Lynch will anchor mornings from 6-10am, returning to morning drive in Phoenix. "I'm thrilled to return to my roots back in morning drive; even more excited to still be in Phoenix, a city I adore," Lynch said. "I'm truly honored to be growing with this cluster and to be included in this new chapter."

Radio veteran Diana Steele takes over middays from 10am-3pm, aiming to provide what she described as a "feel good" vibe for listeners throughout the workday.

Afternoons from 3-7pm will be hosted by Lizette, who brings more than 15 years of radio experience. She said she looks forward to continuing her career in Phoenix as part of the new Sunny 104.3 lineup.

Program Director Eric Rosado said early listener response to the station's refreshed format has been positive. "After only a few days on the air we are receiving a lot of positive feedback on the new Sunny 104.3 and now it's time to roll out our all-local lineup," Rosado said. "We are proud to highlight this talented team who understands our community and will bring authentic companionship on the air every day."

Sunny 104.3 recently launched with a "Relaxing Favorites" format, while Mega 99.3 continues to serve its audience on a new dial position in Phoenix.
