Townsquare Media has announced the addition of Jahna Michal to its "Hit Music Network" morning show in New Jersey, joining Chris Rollins and Joe Hyer for the newly branded "Chris, Jahna & Joe and the Morning Show."
The program originates from CHR WPST-FM (94.5 PST) in Trenton and is also heard on Hot AC outlets WJLK-FM (94.3 The Point) in Asbury Park and WSJO-FM (SoJO 104.9) in the Atlantic City market.
Michal moves to the program from sister Country station WPUR-FM (Cat Country 107.3) in Atlantic City, where she has co-hosted mornings alongside Joe Kelly since 2018.
A South Jersey native, Michal began her broadcasting career as an intern at Beasley Media Group in Philadelphia before working in promotions at iHeartMedia Philadelphia. She subsequently joined WPUR, where she spent eight years as part of the station's morning team.
Rollins is a longtime WPST personality who has spent her entire radio career with the station. She joined its morning show in 1995 and has remained a fixture of the station's programming for more than three decades.
Hyer joined WPST in 2018 and became part of the morning show the following year. He was promoted to Brand Manager in 2020. Before joining WPST, he served as Director of Digital Content and an on-air personality at WOBM-FM (92.7) in Toms River.
The addition of Michal follows Townsquare Media's expansion of the WPST morning show to WJLK and WSJO at the end of June, creating a regional morning program serving listeners across Central and South Jersey.
The newly branded "Chris, Jahna & Joe and the Morning Show" will continue airing across all three stations.
