Cumulus Media promotes Jay Michaels to Operations Manager for the company's five-stations cluster in Shreveport, LA. He'll continue in his current roles as Program Director and afternoon personality for Hot AC KQHN-FM (Q97.3). Prior to joining the local Cumulus group in January, Michaels served as Program Director for co-owned WJJK-FM and WYRG-FM/Indianapolis.
